Appointments and Fees

I work with individuals across Missouri and Illinois via secure online video. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and occur either weekly or biweekly. Longer sessions for extended processing time available on an as needed basis.

Initial appointments are typically 90 minutes.

Appointments available Tuesday-Friday, with evening appointments by special request.

fees

50 minute sessions: $120

90 minute initial or extended session: $150

Payment is due at time of service via secure online processing. Credit or debit, HSA, or FSA cards are accepted.

I am committed to access and equity regarding mental health services. I reserve several slots for those who require reduced fees. If you’d like for me to notify you when additional reduced fee slots open up, please reach out via email here.

insurance participation

I accept the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/UHC. Use this link to check your plan coverage and eligibility.

For all other insurance carriers, I can provide documentation for plans that have out of network reimbursement coverage.
